Heather Nicholls and Robert Seiden II ( Bobby) met through mutual friends, and were blindly set up at Amanda and Patrick's house party back in November 2013. The two quickly hit it off and became a super cute couple!
Heather and Bobby love traveling, spending time with their fur-babies, and being in the great outdoors (hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, biking, etc). On a quick two day trip to Cape May, NJ (mile marker 0 in NJ) Bobby proposed at sunset on Sunset Beach! Hurricane Florence was coming through at the time, so though it wasn't the best sunset, it was definitely their favorite!
The couple chose to get married in beautiful Key West, Florida at the Key West Lighthouse to honor Bobby's mom, Cathy. Cathy passed away in 2014 and was an avid lighthouse enthusiast. On the day of wedding guests were escorted to the Lighthouse from the Hyatt Centric where the couple exchanged vows under the banyan tree. Immediately after the ceremony the guests were greeted at the Hyatt with cocktails, appetizers, and an epic sunset.
Their doggies were able to make an appearance at the wedding in a little way. Burdel the Yorkie and Rogan a Rhodesian Ridgeback were featured on teh cutest cake topper ever. The reception included so many thoughtful details including a remembrance table, a sign in on a canvas, and one of my personal favorites, Cupcake Sushi as a wedding favor.
Heather and Bobby had a fairytale wedding and even a little rain only brought the most beautiful sunset! I wish you both the best and congratulations to you and your families!
